Welcome to World Travel History

Hey, I’m Eliza. I love travelling and learning about different cultures, the history, and the mythology of the places I visit. 

I travel mostly around Europe and I am never without my camera, a good book, and pen and paper, for writing my own stories. If I could, I would travel with a whole library in tow. But, instead, I enjoy traveling the world with my backpack, staying in tents, caravans, vans, and the occasional bed and breakfast or hotel.

Currently, my main focus is Scotland. After visiting the country for the first time and falling in love with it, I decided to move here for a while. And a while turned into a couple of years.
